Call for Abstracts

The Dietitians’ Quality and Research Convention 2026 (DQRC 2026) Committee is pleased to invite abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations. Participation in the Oral or Poster Presentation category is compulsory for all thirteen States and Federal Territories, with at least one presentation from any category.

Abstract submissions will be open to all MOH dietitians starting 2nd March 2026. All entries will undergo a formal review process by the DQRC 2026 Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenter’s email address. 

All submitted abstracts must meet the following requirements to be considered for presentation:

• Originality: The abstract must be based on original research/project. 

• Language: Abstracts must be prepared in English, EXCEPT FOR THE INNOVATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE CATEGORY.

• Submission Guidelines: Please ensure that each abstract is uploaded through Abstract Submission Form provided in the website https://www.dqrc2026.com. For participants submitting multiple entries, a separate Abstract Submission Form must be completed for each abstract submission.

• Acceptance Criteria: Abstracts will be reviewed and selected based on clarity, structure and technical accuracy based on the standards of its respective category. 

• Registration Requirement: If an abstract is selected for either oral or poster presentation, the presenting author MUST REGISTER AND PAY for the conference fee by 17 August 2026.
